I was thinking about one teenage boy's activity in the past, and how a majority of active people expressed that he was annoying them, and how you chose to handle it... You know who I mean...
If we get another person like that, I hope you do something about it more quickly, instead of having people tolerate it and potentially abandon the server. There are some issues that tolerance isn't gonna solve, such as "spoiled child" behaviour. We are not caretakers or psychologists, we are not supposed to deal with that, we are here to have fun. Basically take action sooner.

Well, he was given the 3 chances most sites give to everyone, and he stopped at the second warning. If I were active here at that time, I would've talked to him privately to try to make him change, because I understood why he was doing that; many teenagers who feel alone and bored in real life try to fill their inner void with virtual things, which is a mistake, but they can't realize that soon by themselves. Sometimes the solution is outing the person from the site temporarily, after some time the obssession disappears (normally). Banning forever quickly with a message like "You can't be with normal people" doesn't help, it can make them become antisocial and lead to bad things.
But, could you say without doubt that the "old coot" leaving was solely because of him? Because I don't think so. I think he was having problems in his life and he just took that as a pretext to explode his wrath, cause his reaction was exaggerated and went on for too long.
i have lot of valid points WHY old coot deserved what he got but to just not reopen old drama and bunch of spam i will remain silent
Oh, we did talk to him privately.
All he wanted was attention and for that he was ready to do whatever was necessary.
The reasons why we didn't act fast were mainly that we new him from before when he was a great contribution to this server and I fear all of us have this stupid tick to believe in the good in people.
But yeah, obviously we learned the hard way and will take actions sooner should something like this occur again, especially if it becomes active bullying again.
But yeah, the situation you are speaking here, Stinkek, is gone, so we shouldn't make a big conversation out of it anymore (I know that wasn't your intention anyways, I just wanted to make that clear) :3
but there is one more thing I HAVE to say
There were a lot of people that seemed to start hating the discord and instead wanted to go away with him.
