I don't think you have worse equipment than me, i have 0.7 upload speed ,and a pc that i bought for 50 euros ,with a gt730 and a pentium dual core
my laptop is now 5 or 6 years old
i have already lags in playing pc games alone
the pc is almost 10 years old
if i run obs and a emultor with it
