Yes. I found voice overs with German or French in the background. They vary in different videos.

The quality of German dubs is top notch.
I don't really have an opinion on the Gauls' voices, but the Romans sound more fun in German than in French IMO. There's a small legionary with a sharp nose, his German voice is hilarious
The fact that you can find the voice actors behind certain characters kind of breaks the immersion for me, I don't know how else to explain it :Ρ
I don't know the VAs, if I'm interested I'll find them on BTVA if they were added there or check the credits (though I noticed that many dubs use credits from another language)
