Not the letter itself is banned, but using it in a specific way...
finally world will switch its mind from WW2 swasitka
that thing has a cultural value which comes from old history of humanity
at least people will maybe stop to associate it that way
Go to asia and you will see swastikas everywhere
And these people are absolutely clueless about its use in WW2 as well
swastika is part of my culture
we have like those type of swastikas on all ancient gravestones
in fact it seems by the first image that we used such way of writing letters
