Their Grinchh translation is so shitty
I saw that a lot in cartoons we translated
Yeah, they don't properly dub, they voiceover it
Even tho they do some funny voices
Like, recently I revisited a DVD cartoon collection I got as a kid. It had the first 3 Shrek movies. The 1st one was dubbed, the 2nd one had a voiceover, and I haven't watched the 3rd one but it has low visual quality
After some years, Russia got some good eyes from publishers and then they started to get good dubs
I believe there were two official russian localized games on PS1
