half the websites I try to go onto are also blocked and say my connection isn't private
and i cant install some stuff :/
definitely an issue with windows
make sure to keep your router water cooled

if it says your connection isn't private than the website has no ssl certificate
If it has one then it will use https
ima download the epic game called roblox now
to see if this can even run low end games
