I read somewhere (I bookmarked the page) that a cartoon based on "Asterix and the Golden Sickle" was being made. But its production was stopped by Goscinny and Uderzo, who weren't happy with the way "Asterix the Gaul" turned out (which was made without their involvement), and barely any images from it still exist.
