Hey, I found a reliable way to export PS2 textures!

All you need is the D3D9 graphics plugin on PCSX 2

Tex Mod and XnView

Hook Tex Mod to PCSX 2, export textures in dds format

load them in Xnview, export to png ( this is the only way to properly preserve the alpha layer )

then use the channel mixer on gimp or Pshop to invert Red and Blue if the colors are wrong.
