To my knowledge, rws isn't even a audio file format, just some general renderware encrypted streaming data file or something. So you're definitely right :peepoOkayDank:

It's not encrypted, it's just a container for uncompressed (?) audio. To convert it to wav, you just need to find out where exacly the data is and remove all the other stuff basically. Packaging it however is more complex, because you actually need to know what every single byte does, in order to make it 100% compatible.

Yup, there are still some unknown values in the rws header that can be ignored when reading, but for writing you have to know what to write into these unknown values.
