I don't know if it still works, but when I downloaded the game save from speedrun.com, on one of the saves I was able to make a potion% because immediately after entering the game I got potion and then the potion effect was constantly renewed ;))

@SeaKeA you put it in the games directory and rename it to "d3d9.dll" and it should launch with the game and give you some cheats :peepoEvil:
