The guy with the chainsaw is Caligula Minus, he appeared in the comic "Asterix the Gaul" and the cartoon of the same name. The scared guy appeared in "Asterix and the Big Fight" and the cartoon of the same name. In the French version of the comic "Asterix and the Big Fight" he was called Plutoqueprévus. In the English translation of the comic he was called Infirmofpurpus, in the UK dub of AatBF he was called Ardeco, and in the USA dub he's Noodles.
