I'm currently working a bit on my Livesplit layout, and I don't get why the delta split times (the golden numbers in this case) are directly next to the text instead of next to the split times on the right... It cuts off way too much text... And the +/- before the delta time seems to be missing as well. Any ideas where I can find settings for this?

Yeah, I did that, so it shows CP instead of Caesar Palace, which is fine. But I'd like to have the texts Lutetia, Venetia and WCW fully shown, which are somehow cut off by the times :/

the problem seems to be that the delta times are just centered in the middle of the livesplits windows, when I'd actually like to have them much further to the right... And yet, I can't find any settings for that.

What you could still try is stretch your LS to let the text display, and on your OBS (or whatever you use), stretch it back to the normal size... (it sounds awfull, but it could do something you can be happy with :/)
