If you're too worried about the antivirus flag, you can use instead the more recent patch that sources the file from the 2008 Polish version of the game. We've been moving the downloads and sorting them in new cleaner channels, you'll find what you need in #patches !

Just make sure to add Adrien's QoL, also found there, to get access to proper settings such as better controller support, widescreen, window/fullscreen, etc. The old gamemodules are still around because they are for now the only ones compatible with the speedrun auto-splitter on Live Split. Unless you plan to use that, the polish gamemodule is a direct upgrade. The QoL works with all of them either way!

Also, the polish gamemodule is not supported for patching by the XXL editor if you plan on using it :OkayChamp:
