I am 16 years old and my first video game I ever played in my whole life was Asterix and Obelix XXL. And it is my favorite game of all time. I still play it on my GC and hopefully at the end of the year on a PC.

Super smash bros(n64) , mario 64, minecraft, agario , and asterix xxl and xxl 2 this is the only ones..... and i'm currently improving my speedrun in xxl, trying to break the WR one day ! ;p Glad to see so many passionate people here !! par toutatis !
Hello there. I'm Nikola, 19, from Serbia. I'm a huge fan of the Asterix comics and years ago I had a blast 100%-ing the two XXL games, as well as Asterix at the Olympic Games. And yeah, recently I've heard they're making XXL 3, and I'm very hyped about that! 😄
The speedrunning website got me here as I was looking for a GameModule.elb fix for my copy of the first game, which I started replaying just yesterday and it's still as fun as I remember it to be.
These days I'm more commonly into games like Minecraft and Jazz Jackrabbit 2.

Hello! I am cheekychunk, 20 year old student from Scotland. I am a fan of Asterix Mega Madness, it is a game from my childhood and I wish to learn/speedun it. I remember when I was young (maybe 3 to 5 years old?) I had the demo from a cereal box and I used to love to play the 3 game modes (eating, shooting catapult and racing)
Maybe I will look at the other more competitive games but for now I would love to be able to play this game again! Merci 🇬🇧 ❤ 🇫🇷

I played a lot of XXL 1,XXL 2 and OG during my childhood but the original XXL 1 was by far my favorite game.
I saw one of Pyramidensurfers video about the Cut part of Rome and he mentioned a XXL discord 🤔
So i did some research and found the games Speedrun.com site,which had a link to this discord and the rest is history ^^
Right now im working on Beta Rome Sector 1 as you know 😉
I got into game modding a while ago,when i did some modeling for GTA 5 Mods (custom cars,props etc.) but it got pretty stale after a while.
I was replaying the Ratchet and Clank trilogy at that time and one of my friends invited me to that games "modding" server
Unfortunately the people over there kept most of the stuff for themselves so i never really got into it :/
+Most of the stuff needed an Disc image of the PS3 game which i never bought -_-
