sadly even when you play "as" him, he isnt much of use. He cant attack at all :/

well he can "attack", it plays his animation but doesnt deal any damage

maybe because the game attaches a OBB to one of asterixs bones and it doesnt exist for dogmatix 🤷‍♂️ not sure.
