Please use this font for retro mode
Judging by the trailer, there's already a different font in retro.
Yeah, looks like they recreated the PC font for retro mode
but this one would be even better, since Retro mode is the PS2 version ^^
I'm confused. The dispensers are taken from the PS2 version (metallic), but the font looks similar to the PC font

Like, in those trailers enemy and crate positions were different, legionaries and optios had blue shields, beta Rome was still present, the HUD looked different, and other visual differences

either way it doesnt look like the same font
original one was sharp and gorgeous

It *could* be done if they cared though. Changing a font, I mean. Still an easier fix than hiring a lighting artist to take a look at Greece and Egypt.

That's the thing, the lighting is so bad, I literally believe someone inexperienced did it and was probably even somewhat proud of what he had achieved.
So, for example the bath house: They were clearly going for this mysterious blue tint by the water reflecting the sunlight. But this is not easy to pull off, especially with an engine that probably has only very rudimentary lighting abilities. They tried, and somehow ended up with white skin and a black belt on Obelix.
What does brightness have to do with the ability to distinguish red and green, etc.?
