GBA emulators managed to create HD mode 7 after what SNES emulators did, however I don't think we can use any current emulator feature to increase the game's resolution. Might probably be doable with a decompilation instead ^^

The game renders the scene directly into a 240x160 screen buffer, and it probably hardcoded to such resolution, so indeed there's no way of HDify it

I already took a look at mGBA's code, but I think it's a pain in the ass to create codes, compared to Dolphin where you can create simple codes by providing address+value in a GUI
