What are language packs, exactly? 🤔
Well as Tue name suggests its a game translated files on different languages
You can put them in game files and apply the language translation

Since you said that you are a translator I thought you know other languages as well
I only know Turkish and English, I only translate in between those two 😅

Like I said before, I'm currently too busy with other projects so I don't need to know very detailed info for a few more months as I won't start right away, just checking in.
We have editor that helps to manipulate game files and code stuff so he or Adrien will explain you the best what to do
