That thing was always a pain to remove.

needed to remove it like 3 times now
Many times it didn't even come with a way to uninstall it so I had to look up 3rd party made application for nuking it.
did you try add/remove programs
Because if you tried to uninstall it it would automatically reinstall again.
never had that happen to me
