Feels like a retro or mobile game with actually good hand-drawn character art and animation
but jokes aside, it does look pretty good

with "2D" I get flashbacks to microids ruining XXL 3 before production even started by giving them not even enough money to make it 3D
And I mean it's Microids. This game will not get a chance to get good even if the developers want it to be :/
and *they* know what they're doing
they're solution to fixing XXL 3 is right infront of their noses when they look at the game
they just don't bother with it
XXL3 already has lot of fundamental game design mistakes
to fix that game you need to rebuild it from scratch almost
