Let's see... This bar is on some pre-release screenshots and you can even see it in some parts of the trailer. We know the green-red bar represents health and the lightning bolts represent energy. I have no idea what this blue bar could mean.

I haven't seen any centurions riding horses while playing. Is it something difficulty-dependent (I played on Easy) or they just cut this enemy? Though to be fair, I tried out one level on 4 difficulties in Freeplay Mode, and didn't notice any difference in enemies, only that they did different amounts of damage / the protagonists had different amount of health.
