It's probably the number in the dropdown menu of the launcher. So if you NVIDIA card doesn't appear there, changing the registry values likely won't improve anything. 😟
I thought it might be a problem related to the asterixsetup thingy
because it seems like it reads it out by going through your drivers/hardware and making a list of it
but the problem is, that the main executable probably behaves in the same way :c
but yeah, you could try to change them around, it might work
Sooo, I put Device to 2, and renamed the intel with Nvidia GTX 1050 in the corresponding field and...
you might want to deactivate the compatibility thingy now
