In the version I had the characters spoke English and the subtitles were... "eh".

I'd like to know what your game folder looks like!
Because if possible, we could add, or merge this to all the other languages, and also test if Russian has a faster speed than Italian or not.

No don't worry, it was my mistake, I thought the new version you were talking about was on the video, which got me interested. So, actually thanks to Hack4Life we might have something good here
I'm curious on what was done to the files to allow this
All I know is that videos come with dedicated separated channels for languages, there's a text file for each language in the root folder, and all speech voices are located in their corresponding level folder.
Also did you know? If you hit the boars in the wrong order ( getting the first one in last ), you can avoid Obelix's cutscene.
Oh, interesting, the Russian for Nightmare is pronounced VERY close to the french for it, Cauchemar!

You have only access to Russian in that build as I can see.
So hopefully I can take these corresponding files and merge them into the 5 language version.
