They have proper contrasting in League though which makes it easy to find important game elements
its hard to make non-realistic graphics without simplifying it too much
but other than that I really prefer older UI/lighting/shadowing styles
well you can still add a lot of details to them, but you need to keep your art style in a certain way
sure, they also added some more realistic stuff like grass, flowers and such with their own physics
but they kept the overall style of the game pretty cartoony
WHILE providing detailed graphics
thats what spyro and crash did
and that's what I consider good games nowadays^^
they still have that spirit in them
i am for example trying to achieve same effect with XXL models i redo
but no luck with that for now i suppose
my remade models look weird
maybe to much realistic for XXL

Sure the Yandere thing was hilarious, but developers like those exist no matter the engine they're using.
I doubt he would even be able to get his project to compile if he was using literally any other engine^^
maybe with pure UE blueprints but that seems unlikely too
