Those games have close to no relation
I dont think Return To Castle was actually developed by id
Return To Castle Wolfenstein does use the id Tech 3 engine
Fallout NV is the same engine as 3
please stop the Fallout NV hype, people gone to far for this game

I just mean that the same engine and same publisher does not mean same developer
I tried the game and it’s just as boring as every other Bethesda game save for Morrowind
