I'll put it there, as i wonder if any of the <@&307188283983527938> could find out a solution.
With Rubin, I've been trying to modify the SPEECH.STR contained in Spyro 3: Year of the Dragon ( PS1 ), to revert back a couple of the NTSC tracks back to their PAL counterpart ( I want childhood + 30FPS in a way ).
However, the tools available for that are incomplete. The audio is in XA format, that can span on multiple channels ( 14 for NTSC Spyro 3 ), and our tool only goes up to 8. Moreover, each channel contains multiple tracks, but only the first of each can be accessed.
In total, that's 7/38 tracks that I can edit. At least, the edit in itself works perfectly ( only drawback is that the game will still play the original lenght of the track before looping )
I'd like to know if anyone's up to help me on the subject, to offer the world a true Spyro 3 Platinum edition in NTSC's smooth 30 FPS ( PAL has 25 ).

Wrote a little script for @rubinho146 which allows him to edit sound and text files from a PSX-Release. Thought I'd shoutout you guys for a test 😗
