Consider the Cemu version then. I think there's even graphic packs ( patches of sort ) to change the controller appearance ingame!

But yeah BoTW for Cemu is very stable, can be uncapped to 60FPS, visually enhanced, and also little patches you can play with like removing divine beast lasers in the overworld after completing them, changing the day/night cycle speed or even turning off weapon durability.
