There only are like, a few core parts of buildings you need for them to be functional
The game comes with prefab buildings that you can take apart, or make your own
You can resize, stretch, move in x and y, and rotate in every way imaginable anything

You can select a group of objects and save it as a prefab to share or use it on other parks
