Here's what happened: The guy was sitting in a swimwear on the pool's edge and talking to the girl who was swimming. The weather was chilly so he started freezing. I paused the game and chose to make him stand up and put on his everyday outfit. Then I resumed the game, but instead of standing up he jumped into the pool... and changed clothes there.

You can drown them by putting up walls along the poolside making it impossible for them to get out :)
