Almost 4 euros... Good luck installing this, whoever buys it. https://www.ebay.de/itm/223763748634

Imagine not reading system requirements. Also, Compatibility Mode in 98% of cases is a joke.
Mr.Rubinshtein
what genius installs a game on modern windows lol
Mr.Rubinshtein
they need to emulate the OS
Mr.Rubinshtein
then play the game from there
Stinkek
From my experience with VirtualBox, it works on Windows 98, didn't really notice any difference, but XP is too advanced.

Ha, I actually have that game and remember playing it on Windows XP or something by just launching the game exe directly. Granted it only ran with major gamebreaking glitches xD Maybe I should try playing that again
Stinkek
I decided to try it, all exes here open the installer, which tells me the game requires 3.1 or 95. I can open some minigames in the GAME folder though, they have their own exes which can work independently.
JonasZockt
Right, that's what I did. Feels like ages ago so I didn't remember it completely. But I remember wondering about the extra exe files for the mini games. Interesting how these old games work
Mr.Rubinshtein
there are emulators that simulate the environment of 3.1 and 95 out there
Mr.Rubinshtein
you can download them and run the game through them
Mr.Rubinshtein
any game that was created before XP needs a emulator
Mr.Rubinshtein
without that you cant really do much
Mr.Rubinshtein
there are some emulators that are powered by DOSBox
Mr.Rubinshtein
so you would need to look into there first
Mr.Rubinshtein
hold on
Mr.Rubinshtein
i think i know how to help you out
