Mr.Rubinshtein
some emulators need tweaking and i took that headache on me to do
PegPeregoGaucho
But what speaks against having a link to both the emulator and the rom with instructions on how to launch it?
Mr.Rubinshtein
its the set up process
Mr.Rubinshtein
its a bit complicated
Mr.Rubinshtein
and i dont want to use much text
Mr.Rubinshtein
to give you an example Atari ST requires you to have 2 separate folder made which play the role of floppy roms the ui of it is fucked and you need to put side a and side b in correct folders and launch it with correct command
Mr.Rubinshtein
none of the casual players in the world would go through that
PegPeregoGaucho
what if your setup won't work on other computers?
Mr.Rubinshtein
it will because the emulators generate ini files with settings
Mr.Rubinshtein
most of the emulators are just one click applications
Mr.Rubinshtein
which dont need any installation
Herr Epsilon
Oh yeah, Cryo Interactive
Herr Epsilon
I remember their Atlantis games
Mr.Rubinshtein
i heard their game are crap or something?
Herr Epsilon
The Atlantis games were okay, they had other series (for example a Dracula series) which were really bad... It was mostly typical European-style point and click adventure games a bit like Syberia, both in atmosphere and gameplay, so it makes sense that Microbes bought them.
Mr.Rubinshtein
yup
Mr.Rubinshtein
microesteems
Lepidópterus
Sad
