Actually, here in Sweden there's a saying of "polish work" when referring to badly put together electronics. Mainly because a lot of polish people would come over and do work for free... issue is that plenty of the work that got done by such people were fire hazards o__o

I feel like the biggest reason why this stereotype exists is because the ones who do this travel aren't the best once at the job. The ones who are really good can probably make due in Poland just fine after all..
