also, another question. is it normal that the game has a few amount of failed launches before it launches no problem ?

yeah, but that seems to be exclusive to the fullscreen version

both version had some failed launches but eventually worked fine

its kind of like starting an old car, it takes a few times but then when it finally starts, it will keep on running
