The first impression is always the most important one
I removed the champ icons in later versions I think, normally all of those icons would have been changed
(Like sillychamp for the rage combo)
and in general, it's awesome to come back to the original XXL after the abominashion that was the romaster with its extreme mode
Yeah, I would have been able to do something like that in one day, they exclusively changed the enemy stats, nothing else...
and i'm also currently replaying Gaul to test my Xbox controller
and true, they only changed the enemy's stats, not adding new battles or something like that
there was potential for a great extreme mode and they missed it
Especially since they had their original editor

really cool to see enemies from other countries in Gaul

Except the challenges, those are nice but broken...
yeah. it kinda dissappointed me to see that the only time they used enemies from different countries was in the last rome challenge with tamers and circular formations
They also used big centurions in egypt
