I think it's the camera that I rotate two far away each time, or not to fast just before hitting the crate above me ...
nah, your camera movement during the trick is absolutely fine
When I practise it, I don't have any problem because I'm not lost with what I have to do... I am precise with my camera orientations...
In fact you do it more correct then some others. Most people do the camera movement to teleport reaaaaally slow, because they think it needs a certain angle. But it doesn't. You can just turn around your camera quickly to the right and that's it

I don't really understand the bouncy thing, but I practised some hours this setup for Helvetia..., I still lose a little bit of time to go to the next potion...
well, yeah, that's the obvious minor problem of that
Back with the tardis, if I look to some crates behind me, could it load some of them in memory (and store them into the CrateStack thing or something like that) and not clean them making the teleport not work ?
there's no spot to unload any of them until that point. They're always all loaded there
