The skirt's edge lost transparency though. The pixels that should be transparent in-game are pure white in both the original and the edited texture. What happens if I make them transparent in the image editing software?

I went to the Map and hid the game in the taskbar. Just came back to it and was greeted with this. Moving the MCs on the map fixed this.

I simply used XXL Editor to extract the fat Roman's model (consists of 2 parts, the one that shines and the one that doesn't), put it together in 3Ds Max and rotated it. I didn't do anything special.

I don't know how to animate 3D characters, they didn't teach us to do that in university.

Yeah, you press one button, quickly run to another and get a few helmets. This feels like some kinda joke.

Pretty much... I tried activating the mechanism with magic potion once because I thought _maybe there's more helmets if you're faster_, but it didn't last long enough

SInce the topic just came up and I'm somewhat eager to wrap my mind around XXL right now: What do you think was the secret sauce that XXL had, which got all of us so hooked on that game, that we're still here talking about it 15 years later? What grabbed you most about the game? And - since XXL as a game neither got particularly good reviews during its release nor is it often remembered nowadays - why are we in the minority?
