Sometimes it looks dark and used, other times it looks bright and clean, for both platforms
I'm surprised by how hard it is to notice a graphical or display difference on a CRT between the two
You can see the shield difference here
Also, the shading on metallic parts has been slightly moved on Gamecube
Should I install the new version of LS before doing what you want us to do or not particularly ?
Normally, both images are taken while being perfectly still, so if you use a windows photo viewer to instant-switch between the two, or look at them in two google tabs you will spot any difference easy
I don't think the new version is necessary, but I'd recommend it anyway
From what I could tell by intensively alternating the pictures, the PS2 version seems to have better mipmapping, the textures look sharper on big distances
also, the grass overlapping the path on the right looks correct
However the PS2 has an incorrect display of the HUD laurel, it is too squished
When I was recording, both versions appeared to use interlacing, instead of only PS2
I used to view the KWN files with Notepad
