> I'm thinking here: I have the patch that allows to launch the game in windowed mode, and I can freely resize the window... > But is there a way to set the game to fullscreen mode with my monitor's resolution (1920x1080 didn't exist back then so this isn't an option in the game) ? @Stinkek I asked about this partially because I wanted to record the launch cutscene with my screen's resolution. I downloaded the program today and quickly figured out how it works. But the recording is where I have issues... The framerate is totally butchered... Guess my PC is too weak even for this.

I also tried two downscale filters: Bicubic (16 samples) and Lanczos (36 samples). IDK what these terms mean, but I didn't really notice the difference, the resulting videos got about the same quality and trashy framerate. Bicubic
Stinkek
Lanczos
Mr.Rubinshtein
Actually 36 samples one looks better
Mr.Rubinshtein
There is a shadows difference
Mr.Rubinshtein
36 one processes better
Stinkek
Wait a minute... OBS has FPS setting... And I can choose 60. I'll try that with Lanczos
Mr.Rubinshtein
Also as I understand this 2 parameters are resize algorithm
Mr.Rubinshtein
More quality costs more CPU
Mr.Rubinshtein
And Lanczos is most expensive one to use
Mr.Rubinshtein
In terms of performance
Mr.Rubinshtein
Cheapest one is bilinear
Stinkek
... Nevermind, I just got a fucking slideshow with sound.
Stinkek
Well, this is the best I could get https://youtu.be/mPmLMtG771g
Mr.Rubinshtein
Hmm laggy
Mr.Rubinshtein
Did you tried the bicubic?
Stinkek
I used Lanczos here. I also tried Bicubic but I don't see how it's better
Mr.Rubinshtein
I mean in terms of smoothness
Mr.Rubinshtein
Or your PC lags when you try to record?
Stinkek
Yes, recording slows down my PC
