Miles thinks he had a beta, but he lost it, so we will never know if it really existed or not.
It's like the Big Foot / Yeti. Some people think he exists, but haven't made a picture of him in good quality.
If he mentioned blue shields, blue Egypt sky, different placement of the catapult in the start of Greece, or B e t a R o m e, I'd believe it was the beta

Have you ever thought about this: when you destroy most war machines (except the ones in Rome), they drop multipliers, helmets and roast boar... and the roast boar bonuses are totally useless because there isn't anything that can hurt you on your way to freeing the villagers anymore. Though, I don't know what happens if you jump into lava (if you're in Greece or Egypt obviously) AFTER beating the boss.
well guess what you just die if you jump into lava after destroying machine
in greece i died like that once
also the roast boar i think drops so you regain your health and dont start with split health bar
tho i wonder what was the problem to restart health bar in new level 🤔
and when you die while the war machine activates the final button of Greece, you trigger the cutscene in the death state but everything will be back to normal right afterwards 😦
