What was in microwave?

Клясыкъа.

Just finished my lunch and Romans are still dying
that will probably go on for about an hour ^^
Still dying, this isn't worth the wait
My father asked me something regarding a new computer he plans to get for me, and after that he asked if I'm able to play some old game on this one, he didn't remember the name so I asked him to describe it, he said "where you run around beating up everyone" and I guessed that he meant Asterix and Obelix XXL. I told him that the game didn't originally work, but I downloaded a modified version of an essential file and replaced the original file with it and the game started working. He was surprised and impressed.
My father says: "Why are you missing boxes and don't breaking them?"
Also HOLY SHIT, my PC uses a dual-core processor, and I just read those were produced in 2006-2009...
Why he was surprised?

When an old incompatible game starts working on a newer system, isn't it surprising?
How do you think how to make the 5th sector of Gaul, I mean, how decorative it would look.
Though, wait... I heard the issue with this game isn't incompatibility, but copy protection... I heard the issue only applies to 64-bit systems.
I had no problems launching older Asterix games on 64-bit Windows 7: Gallic War and Mega Madness. Both are PS1 era games.
