there is a phrase "Skill ist wenn Luck zur Gewohnheit wird" which means "skills is when luck becomes habit". It can be meant that the more you train "luck" on a way that nobody understands the more "skill" you get by using that controlled luck to beat the game.

reminds me about other games where the chance to get something is literaelly <1% and I got these things 50+ times out of 100 tries.
