I just realised that the helmets have candles
either ELB intentionally made this or they designed him after the stereotypical appearance of a pirate and unintentionally got the pirate to look like Hugo
So I got mildly triggering issue
I reset my pc in november of last year, before that I had the game running smooth at 60 fps no lag whatsoever
I got it back on the new installation and it's stuck at 30 fps or below
Hardware didn't change (I've a 1050 Ti)
Anyone know a fix for this? Idk if I messed up something that I set up before the reset but I don't think I did
Yup, that also happened to me (I guess after an update to Windows 10 2004)

Apparently it's a bug in DirectSound
which can be fixed with a DirectSound wrapper
I tried IndirectSound and I got 60 fps back
What did you do for that?
Download IndirectSound and place the dsound.dll file into the game's folder
