yeah, the first one is the problem. It can easily happen that the counter gets stuck at about 700 Romans, which is not enough for the second twister
the second one is most of the time consistant to be about 520 to 580 Romans
It needs more analysis i guess.

And there are high chances that it actually is objects from the next area, stage 5.
You can see that in more places than only there, but it does not help since we have no way to get oob yet
Also in Helv' big cliff there's a spot probably after the elevator skip where jumping behind the barrier make you go through some graphics until you land back on the ground
The best thing I found is a place in Helvetia. When you flybash from the tents at the flying Romans back to the water there is one place where you can flybash inside the visible stone wall and when you stop flybashing there you can stand in the air and see the outside of the map. But you can't get out there
