I only know how to make the second twister fight in Egypt 100% one cycled with camera movement, and an easy way to get the combo bar full in Egypt with that awful fight where you first have to beat the three armies with the canon. Any need for help there?

wait until those Romans form their lines. then go at them and go back again - they will reform in a row where you can push them all together at once and get the combo immediately
