Thus it's possition should not matter
Download Asterix__Obelix_XXL.dxw:
Direct Download
Download that and import it into dxwnd
I just rememberd that with the wrong setting on that thing it may not launch at all
Once imported just direct it to where you want the game to be
And also if you have one already set up remove it

I just copied the dxwnd d3d9.dll into the game folder and it did what I wanted.
