Because we couldn't find a way to consistantly (or even remotely) hit the spots where we can jump on them instead of getting spiked on an running army.
And no, you're image wasn't uploaded for some reasons
But you understood me somehow)
Yes, because we already had this discussion a few months ago, when we first found the skip. But feel welcome to try if you can find a consistant way to get on top of the running army without getting spiked ^^
I already found it and I don't think it's too hard
can you make a video of it?
And one more question about this place. How did you get on top of the cliff with the lever without getting a potion? You just jumped on it
Well, it's actually luck. If you start flybashing at the really, really, really highest point in the air you will exactly be able to jump on it. Otherwise you will be one or two frames to low.
When we first found this skip we were getting crazy because we could almost never make it, until we found out that the lever for the magic potion sits a little lower and is thus way easier to reach. It's still not that easy, but at least we now have a way were we can make it about every second time
Ok, thx) Its much easier to touch the lever if you starting flybash at the closer army
yeah, I guess so. Looking forward to the video
Hm, Maybe I'll use these two weeks of vacation to finally make a glitch tutorial of this game
well, you're right, it's not THAT hard. I guess I will give it some practice
It's not really luck if you can mash like a mad man :p
I use the same trick wind waker runners use to mash a single button. So first I time my flybash with the top height then I mash jump like a mad man when close enough to the cliff. At that point there's no real luck anymore as you do the jump right out of the swing of the flybash. Though I think some parts of the bashing animation are better to jump out of I can't really remember which :p And it was only me messing around for like an hour so it's progbably not accurate anyways
Or you can be all cool like and time it with a single jump input :/
Well, but I don't think there's really a way to practice hitting that one single frame when you're highest 😄
I mean, it's doing the same thing over and over and over and over
And being able to eye it out
