Problem is that my monitor was fixed once bcz it was "broken" (didn't worked) and bcz of that fixing sth fucked it up...

As I told you 1080p is not working for me.
Have you tried 1600x900?
Widescreen patch and dxwnd can work together, but remember to remove dxwnd files from your game folder to go back to fullscreen mode and ensure best compatibility with the patch.
( Make a copy of your game for those settings, I won't repeat it enough. )
You know when you r-click on your desktop and in options bar on the bottom of it you have screen resolution... That is for your primary resolution on all what your doing, right?
Then add a bit of Antialiasing to smooth the lines and you're good to go!
You should be fine with 900p.
