You can always scroll back to other levels as long as you punched a sleeping druid to keep your progress ( you don't have to save ).
5h is a pretty fine time to start at, my very very first attempt at doing the game somewhat quicker ended at 4h40.
Buuuut I must admit i sidetracked alot for useless helms
Once again there's a lot of documentation to write but none of us have the time to spare for that.
Well, the rout has been improved a lot now, but 5h with little to no practice would be a good start.

both helped me a lot. tried to record a PB recently but failed due to insufficient hard disk space 😄
And yeah, you can't skip the Spy, literally just mash as hard as you can

How to flybash? Just hit Attack and Jump fast or do you need to do something else ?
When your combo bar is full, then you can flybash by jumping on a tent, or something that launchs you in the heights
Then you have to press the action button really fast if you want ot move in the air and get to the certain place
