You didn't explode the door to let Obelix in and push the stone, so he teleports to you and you keep that torch
when you quit the boat and get to the coast before volcano, you need the new torch to grab the fire up to the boulder

also i'd like you to see if it's safe to skip the cable car after normandy boats
you can jump up and get to activate the boulder, but once you grab your torch and press the button you miiiight get stuck if Obelix isn't teleported to you. I went much safer but slower
