i had this issue in the original game many years ago

Don't know if that's the same that you mean but I had it that my lock stayed at 1. One enemy entirely never spawned and so I obviously couldn't beat him and so I was stuck 🙂

I mean that you can kill few Romans during the cutscene.Usually you will have 52 living Romans right after the cutscene,but one time I had 49.
